2. Executive Director Bonus:

Member Students and helps those 2
enroll 2 Premium Member Students each
Earns a $500 bonus!***

Rules and Qualifications:

*1. Director Bonus: Anyone who advances in rank to Director between July 1 to July 31, 2007 receives a $500 cash bonus paid out on August 20, 2007.

**2. Executive Director Bonus: Anyone who advances in rank to Executive Director between July 1 to July 31, 2007 receives a $2,000 cash bonus paid out on August 20, 2007.

***3. Team Building Bonus: Starting July 1, 2007, anyone who personally enrolls 2 new active Premium students and helps those 2 students personally enroll 2 active Premium students each between July 1 to July 31, 2007, will earn a bonus of $500. Each Premium student enrolled must purchase their Premium Package for $149.95,between July 1 to July 31, 2007, for them to count toward qualification, and they must remain active at time of payout. The $500 cash bonuses will be paid out on August 20, 2007.

You may only qualify for this incentive up to 2 times. You may also qualify for the Director bonus offer July.

**Please Note: To receive your bonus check you must submit to Success University a list of the names in your “2 who get 2” team. We will verify that all students were paid and active, then you will receive your bonus check. All claims must be made by September 1, 2007. No claims will be accepted after September 1, 2007.

4. Any students counted toward qualification of any bonus may NOT be enrolled with an existing credit card on file.

5. Any student counted toward qualification of any bonus must remain active for at least 30 days.
